-Develop and implement regional or global category sourcing strategies in support of assigned division working with cross functional teams
-Improve efficiency of purchasing spend by reducing the total cost of ownership/continuous improvement associated with a portfolio of spend categories while maintaining or improving service for the specified Division
-Lead divisional sourcing teams to achieve total cost of ownership improvements
-Guide tactical support in development & implementation of strategic sourcing strategies
-Familiarity with the lime, cement, gypsum, mining, minerals or related industries

-Profound experience in purchasing function with proven track record
