One of our key clients is currently seeking a Category & Contracts Manager (Communications) to join their team for an initial 6 month located in the CBD.

The ideal candidate will be the responsible for ICT Procurements, agreements, processes and categories to review current contracts and where appropriate drive efficiencies via consolidation of agreements, cost reduction and increased service levels.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Responsible for ICT Procurements, agreements, processes and categories.
- Transition all the tracking of agreements under the ICT Contract register.
- Ensure all procurement processes and documentation are aligned with ICT - V Establishing one-off Agreements/Contracts
- Experience in strategy, planning and negotiation of ICT contracts (Communications)
- Significant industry experience in managing complex ICT agreements
- Understanding of budget and cost modelling
- Good understanding and experience of standard project management and service management methodologies ie PMP, Prince2, ITIL
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
- Government experience highly regarded
