Catalyst Business Analyst

BUSINESS ANALYST, CATALYST, SAP, ERP AND SPANISH/ENGLISH SPEAKER

eCRM Euro are looking for Catalyst Business Analyst for Spain.

Your role is to apply analytical skills and process knowledge to aid the delivery of an existing SAP Global Template for Finance and Procurement into the Location, ensuring that a structured methodology is executed.
The role holder will be accountable for assessing the impact of changes on processes, systems and organisations; analysing and documenting resulting requirements and ensuring requirements are delivered to meet the business objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the project manager in understanding the business requirements from Business and Department stream leads in the context of required capabilities
Document requirements in compliance with project standards, identify solution gaps between global template and business requirements
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and distinguish user requests from underlying business needs
Communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully implement their plans
Make recommendations on delivery options by referring to analysis
Work closely with project managers and project team members to communicate business objectives and requirements
Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams including managing the requirement channel flow
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision
Document potential work around in terms of business procedures
Working with project manager to ensure successful implementation of final solution

Ability to assimilate business processes and information quickly and communicate clearly
Product management skills
Understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate to requirements
Excellent MS Office and MS Project skills
Workflow analysis skills

EXPERIENCE:
Fluent in Spanish and excellent English Required
ERP System Experience Required
SAP Experience
