Catalogue Operations Analyst - Junior Role

My client is a leading outsourcing company based in Sydney's Western Suburbs. They are currently looking for a The Catalogue Operations Analyst for a 1 year contract.

In this role you will provide Catalogue Management functional support as well as executes account Catalogue Management processes and performs client specific on-going steady-state support.

As the Catalogue Operations Analyst you are responsible for performing analysis on the service catalogue and ensuring that the catalogue is up to date and adheres to standards and any business rules.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- Pro-actively monitors requests from receipt through to closure
- Handles requests for information & status update including expedited client requests
- Reports on all requests in terms of open requests, approved requests, response times, key issues, etc.
- Monitors queues for client-initiated requests in jeopardy of missing service level agreements and when appropriate, escalate requests if necessary
