CATALOGUE MANAGER

Our global client based in Merseyside are currently recruiting for a Catalogue Manager on a contract basis for 6 months initially.

This role sits within the learning and development side of the business and will involve assessing a large amount of training information from across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Review documents and guides- assess whether this requires updating, changing, or refreshing.
- Maintain the relevance of the learning catalogue
- Define the structure of the learning management system.
- Implement governance to ensure content and suppliers are managed accordingly

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED;

- Maintain a vendor catalogue - ensure contacts are relevant and up to date.
- Establish and track SLA's
- Maintain a catalogue of all learning assets
- Set and track refresh points for learning assets with key stakeholders
- Define and track key metrics for the catalogue.
- Experience within a learning environment would be nice to have.
