CASUAL WAITER/ WAITRESS - REGENCY CLUB LOUNGE

Description Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill is an international 5* hotel nestled on the picturesque gardens of Portman Square, just 100 meters north of Marble Arch and Oxford Street. The Food & Beverage team is responsible for delivering all guest expectations on their stays in the hotel. Whether they are staying in the hotel accommodation, or with an event, or visiting to use an outlet, the team deliver the service and experience the guest requires, through the restaurants, bars, event spaces and dining in the bedrooms. In addition, the Food & Beverage team will strive to exceed guests' expectations and looks for ways to enhance the guest experience. Within the Regency Club lounge guests can enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, all day tea, coffee and light snacks and evening cocktails and canapés. The Waiter/ess is accountable for providing guests with all service and assistance connected with their VIP And Club Lounge dining experience. Some of the key processes include but are not limited to: • knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu • to monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage • to assist guests during their stay and handling guest complaints • perform the opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned • provide all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities

Qualifications
We are looking for a people focused, team player, curious and proactive Casual Waiter/ Waitress - Regency Club to work alongside our Food & Beverage team. With your natural social skills, smart appearance and your passion to achieve the best, you will be part of a strong, fun and vibrant team. Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a five star hotel environment is desired.
