Casual Chef/Cook

Trippas White Group is one of Australia's leading restaurant and catering companies, managing a diverse portfolio of iconic venues and providing catering services to a host of well-known and respected organisations.

This exclusive catering contract is at Melbourne International airport and is one of Trippas White's most prestigious operations.
We are now seeking a chef/cook to join the Kitchen team and produce a high level of food within the First Class and Business Class Lounge.

To be successful in this role, you need;

- Experience in a similar environment - Airport Lounge or Hotel experience preferred.
- Banquet, Breakfast and Formal Dining experience
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Flexible working style
- Ability to work unsupervised and remain self motivated
- Immaculate Grooming
- Clear and Precise communication

The role is on a casual basis and you will be required to work some over night shifts as business is needed. The lounge operates according to the flight schedule.
