Casual Central Controller

Capita Social Care Resourcing urgently require a Casual Central Controller across Mansfield.

Capita Social Care Resourcing is an expert in the field of social work, social care and housing. The purpose of this role is to receive calls in Central Control during normal office hours and out of office hours when the office is closed. You will be working in a call centre, recording calls and reporting any sheltered accomodation faults. This will mean you will be the first point of contact for the reporting of all housing repairs and other emergencies monitoring Telecare and Telehealth.

This particular vacancy is for 6 weeks, 28 hours each week on rotating shift pattern.

Candidates must have the following:

* Previous call handling experience
* Experience of dealing with emergences
* Awareness of support services (housing)
* ICT literate
* Experience of providing a customer focussed service

You will also be required to provide employment references covering the last 3 years.
