CASS Contractor

An international investment management firm is currently looking for a CASS contractor to undertake regulatory compliance involvement in three key areas of the Asset Management business:

* CASS - Update of trust letters to meet new regulatory standards.
* IMA - Review investment management agreements stored within SharePoint
* ISDA - Reviewing existing ISDA agreements to ensure they are complete for all clients.

Responsibilities for this position include:

* Producing, reviewing, negotiating and arranging execution of documentation enabling the Asset Management business to meet regulatory obligations.
* Coordinating with compliance officers, legal and operational representatives at leading global financial institutions.
* Managing relationships with multiple international stakeholders.
* Communicating important compliance requirements to ensure counterparty understanding, buy-in and action.
* Production of accurate and insightful metrics for weekly and monthly project status reporting and management review.
* Developing and maintaining action logs for tracking open items, counterparty queries and remedial actions taken.
* Creation of robust audit trails for all interactions with counterparties.
* Candidates will have some experience working in an analytical role and have strong administrative skills.
* Understanding of regulatory compliance (particularly CASS) would be a distinct advantage in this position.
