Case Manager RN

I am currently recruiting for the following registered nurse openings:

RN CASE MANAGER, New York City, NY

ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: 3 -- 5 years of CURRENT Case Management experience and active New York State licensure.

13 Week Assignment, 12 evening shift, 36 hours per week

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.

You should have experience in utilization (application of InterQual or other electronic medical charting database criteria), and discharge planning, good clinical skills and judgment, good communication skills, able to work with an interdisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, mid-level providers.

Also, the appropriate certs for each position are required at time of submission (will be discussed during conversation with your recruiter).

Weekly salary will be discussed by Recruiter

Active American Heart Association BLS card
