FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY - LEEDS CITY CENTRE ROLE - £20,700 + BENEFITS

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for people with good admin and customer service skills to join us for a fixed term contract until at least June 2016. The hours for this role are 3pm-11pm Monday to Friday, making it potentially a great fit around university study or other daytime commitments. You will be responsible for looking after your own caseload of customers to investigate MIS-selling of PPI claims and calculating any redress due to the customer. It will be your job to investigate and assess each customer's case, which will involve liaising with the customer and other parties as required. You will need to weigh up the evidence thoroughly to draw your conclusions.

You will be offered fantastic training to ensure you have all the tools to do the job.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Conduct a thorough investigation of a case, liaising with the customer and other parties as appropriate
- Weigh up all relevant evidence in line with current guidance and procedures
- Produce a report detailing your investigations and conclusions
- Produce a written response to the customer
- Handle all follow up enquiries and administration

YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Numeracy and computer literacy (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Customer focused when dealing with a range of people
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Able to analyse information and make decisions confidently
- Organised and able to manage own workload
