MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN SCHOOLS
Capita Education Resourcing are seeking new caretakers to become part of our well established team in the Leeds area.

We have a number of schools who are seeking the assistance of a Caretaker on a daily and permanent basis in the Leeds area.
General Day to Day duties for the Caretaker will be:
*The security of the building and site
*General repairs and maintenance
*Ensuring that the school environment is clean and meets health and safety requirements
*Some daily cleaning duties
*Assisting with delivery of school stock
*Setting up school events, i.e. parents evening and school meetings
*Supervision of contractors and cleaning staff on school premises
*Some 'out of school hours' work

The successful candidate will need to be:
*Practical with good 'DIY' skills
*Aware of health and safety procedures/regulations (COSHH)
*A strong team player
