Caretaker

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will take personal responsibility for ensuring that the estate is tidy, litter free and safe from hazards. You will identify and assist in ways to improve both the internal and external environment through working closely as part of a team.

You will ideally have previous experience of a similar role, have basic DIY skills and be flexible to carry out a varied range of duties.

ABOUT THE INDIVIDUAL

• You'll be willing to train and develop and be confident working in a front-line role.

• You'll have a good understanding of health and safety regulations.

• Knowledge of BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) and COSHH (Control of substances hazardous to health) would be desirable.

• You'll be a good team worker with a commitment to delivering a good service to our customers.

• Full driving licence.
