We are looking for a caretaker to join our client who have a team covering the London area. The work is on social housing estates and will be covering multiple sites. For the role you are required to hold an Enhanced DBS/CRB which is NOT more than 3 years old.

The role will require you to:

*Ensure all blocks fully maintained (light bulbs, communal areas, notice boards, etc.)
*Ensure all blocks kept clean and tidy
*Ensure bulk bins are readied for rubbish collection
*Report all vandalism and ASB
*Monitor estate security
*Ensure all grounds, car parks and surrounding areas kept litter free
*Carry out inspections on work completed by external contractors
*All others duties included in the role.

Ideally you will have had experience of working as a caretaker within a housing role, and have demonstrated the skills required to work in a standalone position. You are required to have your own boots or appropriate outdoor footwear.

If you do NOT have a DBS/CRB you not be considered.
