Careers Advisers in London - Urgently Required RP

We have a range of roles available for suitably experienced and qualified career practitioners. Capita Education Resourcing provides a range of Careers Guidance Services across West London offering careers advice to pupils in schools.

As a Careers Adviser you will support clients via individual interviews & group workshops to progress into work or learning.
You must have previous experience of giving information, advice and guidance with young people in varied settings. We are looking to appoint highly
motivated individuals who enjoy working with young people in helping them achieve their full potential.
Able to relate to young people from different backgrounds and levels of ability, on an individual or group basis within the guidance, recruitment, training
or related fields.

Experience of group work and presentation skills is preferred.
An NVQ, PgDip QCG, QCF Level 4 in Advice and Guidance is desirable. Training opportunities and CPD available to the right candidates.
Due to the local travel requirements, and multi-site nature of the role the ability to travel daily is essential.
An Enhanced DBS check will be required.
