Priory and Delaware House are homes for vulnerable adults who are either highly dependent or have dementia. Priory and Delaware house have 2 star ratings at the present moment. It is vital that all staff have a genuine willingness to work with older people with an empathy and understanding of the people in their care. If you feel you have the qualifications and experience to lead a team of care staff to ensure best possible care on a day to day basis and the ability to work in both homes this is the job for you. You need to be flexible as the post is to cover shifts sometimes at short notice.

This position requires experience of leading a team of care staff. Overseeing the home when the manager is absent. Experience in a supervisory is essential the rota is worked over 3 weeks working earlies and lates.
