Care Manager

Our client supports 100's of vulnerable people in the community that have Learning Disabilities and other complex needs.

We are currently looking for an experienced Manager with the management of the Domicilliary Care Services within the organisation.

You will manage 7 units including Supported Living and Sheltered Accomodation and be responsible for 7 staff and 12 service users that have Learning Disabilities, Autism, Aspergers and Mental Health

You will have a good knowledge of CQC standards aswell as implementing policies and procedures to suit CQC requirements. You will have strong management skills with a passion for troublshooting, you will need to have an NVQ 4 in Care Management and knowledge of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. You will need to be flexible towork a rota and also have a strong personality with clear communication skill both verbal and written.

In return they will offer 37.5 hour contract, 28 days holiday and a pension.
