4Social Work has an exciting Care Assistant position that has become available within the Adult services. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to work within a challenging yet rewarding role for our client based in the Essex area.

The position will be initially for a week, but is likely to be extended due to the urgent requirement.

Job Description:
To provide a high quality of care to older people in accordance with the council guidelines and procedures
To be able to provide personal care for older adults
Must have dementia training
To provide care which focuses on the needs of the individual but also promotes independence and choices and maximises the quality of life.
Be a competent communicator.

This role is starting as a trial but if you perform well and the manager feels you have the correct skills and are sutiable for the service users you may be asked back and included in the weekly rotas.
