Care Assistant

Capita Social Care Resourcing is recruiting for experienced Care Assistants to provide general support and care to Adults, Older Adults and Adults with learning disabilities in Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas.

We have temporary fulltime and part time shift roles on an adhoc basis across residential homes during the day and night.

As a care assistant you will be working with vulnerable adults providing daily personal care such as washing, dressing and supporting the needs of the clients.

This may include adults with both physical and learning disabilites. We are looking for reliable staff to provide support to individuals with complex care and suppoprt needs in a residential homes.

Candidates will ideally have

* NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care

* Experience of dealing with aggressive/ challenging behaviour

* Experience of working with physical and learning disabilities

* 6 months experience in a care environment

* Good communication

You will also be required to undergo an enhanced DBS formally known as CRB and provide references covering a 5 year period.
