Cards Senior Process Lead (Brussels)

Review the process of cards issuing/Acquiring end to end :
- Having an E2E monitoring on this multi-vendor process in order to act in time to issues occurring from production till delivery of the card
- Increase transparency in the communication (e.g. about pricing)
- Improve data quality in the process (e.g. various card-related addresses)
- Make all card data available to all sales workstations

Function Description
Process lead :
° Facilitates target setting (Voc, volumes, service concept)
° Drives content on AS IS and TO BE
° Collects insights on E2E process
° Co-animates workshops with Stream lead

Experience
° 4-8 years professional experience
° Minimum 3 years in banking, in a Cards process environment
° Proven track record of process improvements in a backoffice environment
° Process design and modelling
° Experience with change management
° Definition of KPIs non system based
° Identification of potential improvements areas
° Definition potential solutions (non-technical)

Technical Experience
Mandatory
ARIS, presentation skills, Workshop organization, Process implementation know how, Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), Experience in ARIS Designer

Business Experience
Mandatory
Deep experience in Cards Domains
