Cardiolog Analytics Expert

Skills:

- Trained in Cardiolog Analytics software and 1-3 years in depth reporting experience
- High Experience working with SharePoint 2013 as CMS tool and building/administering content in CMS environments
- Experience with debugging JavaScript and using debugger tools such as Fiddler, Chrome Dev Tools or similar tools
- Experience integrating web analytics with A|B testing tools or similar is a plus
- Experience with using data analytics tools such as PowerBI is a plus
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French is a plus
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Data Analytics or relevant related field

Responsibilities:

- Solve issues, develop templates, and help build reports using Cardiolog
- Identify and report page speed issues
- Assist customers, when needed, in identifying causes of error conditions or features related to Cardiolog Analytics software which are not meeting customer needs
- Monitor and ensure optimal working condition of the reports derived from Cardio log
- Work with clients to expand usage of Cardiolog analytics software and develop new analysis
- Create documentation of technical requirements, installation and configuration processes
- Review and test existing Cardiolog analytics installation to ensure that they are collecting accurate data.
