Card Fraud Compliance Manager

Job Title: Compliance (Card Fraud) Manager:

Client: Investment Bank
Type: Contract
Duration: 9-12 Months
Rate: £225-£275 P/d
Location: London

Role Purpose:

Progressing the design, implementation and monitoring of fraud strategies/projects for the Banks Debit Card and Credit Card portfolios, liaising with a range of internal colleagues

Provide clear direction, guidance, support and feedback to colleagues on fraud strategy rules and systems

Experience:

*Educated to degree level in a numerate discipline (Maths, Statistics, Physics, Operational Research) or at least 2 years experience in a fraud or risk analysis role
*Analytical approach to problem solving & decision making
*Highly numerate and able to interpret MI and statistical information
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) - ability to communicate complex issues clearly to a range of audiences
*Planning, organising and prioritising skills, with the ability to work under own initiative and take ownership of issues
*Innovative, challenging & able to 'think outside the box'
*Commitment to ongoing improvements to customer experience
*Highly IT literate (core MS Office products)
*Self confidence and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment

Desirable
*Experience of using SAS (or equivalent) analytical software to analyse large quantities of numerical data
*Knowledge of & experience in using key card fraud management tools such as SAS FM or Falcon
*Card Fraud Operations experience
*Experience of customer service environment of a retail bank or card issuer
*Experience of working with third party vendors
