Capitalisation Coordinator - (3 Month OT/FTC)

We are currently recruiting for a contract Capitalisation Coordinator to be part of the Capitalisation Backlog Project to clear the backlog and capitalise all Capital Works projects due to complete before 1 April 2013 for capitalisation using the improved process, to £0 by 30 September 2013.

The Capitalisation Coordinator has an important part to play:

- Close liaison with Project Owners to identify project type and work undertaken
- Gather project information and equipment characteristics by working with our stakeholders across the business to capitalise all relevant Capital Works projects
- Complete forms and submit to Asset Data Management or Finance project resources for capitalisation
- Enter characteristic information into EUT accurately with close attention to detail
- Work with Asset Data Collectors to collect data when it is not readily available

The Capitalisation Coordinator will have experience:

- Computer and MS Office experience including excel proficiency
- Experience of accurate data input
- Experience of working closely with Stakeholders and third parties

The Capitalisation Coordinator must demonstrate:

- Excellent investigative and administrative skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise work
- Strong desire to achieve against tight timelines & tight targets
- Good communication skills

You will be educated to GCSE level, grade C and above or equivalent level of qualification
