Capital Project Procurement Lead (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Planning and execution of CAPEX sourcing projects in the field of manufacturing, production, engineering, construction management, maintenance and service contracts
- Interact with different stakeholders to manage schedules and amendments, realign scope if needed, schedule meetings, evaluate, negociate and deal with supplier relationship
- Align with local and global procurement project teams on strategic consideration and execution, participate in internal trainings
- Demonstrate strong interpersonnal and multicultural skills in a demanding and fast-paced international work atmosphere

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a technical or business related field; MBA is of advantage
- Solid experience in complex CAPEX procurement and sourcing projects (engineering, mechanical, pharmaceutical, automotive) dealing with high value long lead investments 
- Organisationnal, project management, leadership and communication skills are needed as well as the ability to word independently or in a project team
- Fluency in English and French, each further language is advantageous
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for global projects
