We are looking to recruit a Workforce Capacity Planner to sit across each division within an up and coming Bank in Reading. The Capacity Manager will model and plan for the whole workforce, covering areas such as finance, marketing and call centre within various operational areas.
The Capacity Planner will need to look at specific tasks for each business area & time each task, and factor this into planning.
Moreover the Capacity Planner will work closely with the data modelled and stress test each plan.
Finally, the Capacity Planner must be able to work independently, while feeding back progress reports into senior management.
