CAPACITY PLANNER - BANKING - REDRESS & REMEDIATION.

Based in Manchester a Capacity Planner is required on a contract basis with previous experience working on a Redressadvanced understanding of end to end resource planning methodologies, including impact assessment and campaign management. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Experience of successfully implementing, delivering and improving capacity planning services into a customer contact environment.

You would be responsible for capacity planning, forecast and demand scheduling, taking into account customer demand, resource, business priorities and constraints. Using a wide range of information to make recommendations about resource and capacity plans.

You will need to demonstrate exceptional skills and experience in this field with the ability to work in a highly pressurised and complex environment which is under a high level of senior and regulatory scrutiny.
