Capacity & Performance Analyst L3 (Mainframe) Banking, Brussels

NK293 Capacityhe/she will forecast the evolution of the resources vs the demand. He/she will participate to the projects he/she will be assigned to, to ensure control over capacity and performance aspects of the solution (sizing, performance target, volumes impact, simulation). He/she will participate to Capacity and Performance daily operations using capacity Management tooling.

PROFILE:

You have a good knowledge of the z/OS Operating system and its sub-systems (DB2, MQ, CICS).
You have Knowledge of MF storage (SAN disks, virtual and physical tape systems) capacity Management.
You are familiar with the capacity management process and performance analysis on Mainframe.
You have good communication skills (written and spoken) and you have a collaborative mindset.
You can work autonomously and take leadership to act/drive in the activities you'll be assigned to (operation of projects).
Knowledge of the EPV Capacity Management tool is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
You are dynamic and Continuous Improvement oriented and don't fear taking responsibilities and initiatives.
