Capacity Management - Equities Risk

Capacity Manager position has been opened by my client, a leading financial service operating from Canary Wharf, is looking for someone with strong infrastructure management and analytical skills to join the Account Management function. You will be responsible for capacity management for the Equities Risk platform.

Responsibilities will include;
*Scope definition - identify all hardware and software components to be considered for capacity management.
*Component Capacity Management, Service Capacity Management, Business Capacity Management, Capacity Management Reporting and Capacity Provisioning.

Essential skills will include;
*ITIL Experience (Foundation level or above preferred)
*Experience of operating or managing both Windows and Linux infrastructure
*Scripting skills (eg. Powershell, shellscript)
*Data analysis experience (eg. Producing digestible management information from systems data)
*Splunk knowledge preferred including query writing, creating dashboards etc.
