Capacity Allocation Specialist - Secret Clearance

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a CAPACITY ALLOCATION SPECIALIST to join our client in Norfolk, Virginia.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This is an advanced system administrator position focused on storage delivery and client resource management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidate should be comfortable assisting upper level client leadership with management of network data resources, hardware, shares and Active Directory objects.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software on various storage platforms with concentration on SAN devices.
- Familiarity with Netapp reporting tools.
- Experience with storage reporting, storage architecture and storage strategy.
- Experience in analysing and developing storage requirements.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with various server level platforms.
- Should be familiar with ticketing systems (Remedy and SM7) and comfortable and complimentary working in a team environment.
- Capable of producing high quality performance in semi to full autonomous situations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Comfortable working with high level corporate leadership.
- Ability to absorb information quickly through on the job training and job shadowing (including directively).
- Flexible with changing processes and procedures in ever adapting environment. Some on call may be required.
- Strong communication skills required (verbal and written).
- Network + Certification required.
