Capability Analyst

A Leading Utility company seek an experienced Capability Analyst for a 3 month contract based in Warwick.

The successful candidate will need;

*The ability to take concepts, thoughts or ideas and work out how to practically apply them
*Strong organisational skills to support events and workshops
*The ability to lead and drive small teams to ensure a balanced approach in the development of the capability build programme
*Be actively involved in developing communities of practice, knowledge management and best practices

They will be able to demonstrate;

*They can work collaboratively across multiple business units and functions
*Are comfortable with working with existing and new emerging technologies to galvanise the broader organisation around performance excellence

Business skills;

Stakeholder Management
*The ability to influence effectively, communicate with communities, understand and value stakeholders and build sustainable internal and external relationships to represent the client and develop a strong company reputation.

Process Excellence
*Understanding the business as a value chain and motivated to identify and drive processes that create and add value to all stakeholders.

Change Management
*Given the business challenges the client faces over the coming years, change Management is the process, tools and techniques to manage the people-side of change to achieve the required business outcome.
