IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Responsibility for investigation closures
-Root cause analysis related to manufacturing, packaging and market complaints (investigation and closure of about 50 market complaints and 20 deviations per month for 6 months)
-Scientific review of validation protocols and technical protocols (about 20)
-Definition, implementation and tracking of corrective and preventive actions for the deviations and market complaints

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-MSc in Engineering or a similar area (Pharma Engineering, Chemical Engineering)
-Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
-Profound professional experience in pharmaceutical production and/or quality systems and the pharmaceutical production equipment
-Certified investigator or knowledge in root cause investigation using various tools
-Very good technical knowledge, good GMP knowledge and good knowledge in using Minitab
-Analytical, process and results oriented with good communication and organizational skills, independent and team oriented work ethic
-Proven process understanding (Pharma, GMP, regulatory aspects)
