Candidate Resourcer - London

Capita Education Resourcing, part of the Capita Group and a FTSE 100 company is looking for a Candidate Resourcer to become part of our award winning International team, based in Westminster, London. You will be working as part of a dedicated and fun team that has gone from strength to strength and are looking forward to this year with some excitement. We work with hundreds of schools every week, placing Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Classroom Assistant's into temporary and permanent positions from our 19 offices. To become part of the Capita Education team in London you will have an exceptional personality, be motivated by results and above all have the vision and desire to succeed. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates to work in schools in China, so would be beneficial if you have studied South East Asian studies, Mandarin or completed a TEFL course. The role is initially offered on a 6 month contract but this is likely to turn into a permanent role. The hours are 9.30am - 6pm.

Duties will include:
*To place adverts/amend adverts. Contact and pre screen all responses. Interview new candidates.
*To liaise with Marketing for national advertising in various publications
*To attend college/university open days & job and make presentations
*To ensure systems are in place to monitor candidate usage
* To co-ordinate mail shots and newsletters to candidates
* To proactively search for new candidates from websites.
