Campaign Manager - Surrey - 3 months - £300 - £350 Per Day

Purpose:

Manage the end-to-end creation, implementation and optimisation of on and offline marketing activity to drive consumer Lifetime Mortgage leads in line with business plans.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
* Educated to degree level or relevant marketing qualification

* Experience of developing and managing direct customer acquisition plans to maximise business performance across the portfolio of financial products.

* Strong digital marketing experience across direct to consumer channels including, SEO, PPC, Social, Affiliates, Email and Display channels.

* Must have a keen interest in online marketing and knowledge of prevailing trends in the digital marketing space.

* Proven track record of managing large marketing budgets and optimising spend

* Subject matter expert in direct multi-channel marketing planning and comms

* Strong creative skills with a genuine passion for the customer

* Numerate and analytical

* Strong people and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to clearly communicate and influence at all levels

* A thorough understanding of the latest digital methods of measuring and optimising marketing investments to drive sustainable profitable growth.

* Good understanding of media tracking/tagging process and best practice online customer journey

* Solid understanding of the risk and regulatory environment in which the financial services industry operates and the impact it has on marketing and communications.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Knowledge AreaWhat exactly is required?

1. Specific Experience
Previous experience within a financial services business. Management and delivery of multi-channel customer acquisition activity. Management and control of substantial budgets.
2. Regulatory Responsibility
The role is not authorised and regulated by the FCA and the applicant will not be an Approved Person.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Planning and execution of on and offline marketing activity to meet lead targets and cost per lead for Lifetime Mortgages in line with the business plan.

2.Manage end-to-end development, delivery and ongoing optimisation of marketing activity that supports the delivery the Lifetime Mortgage strategy/business plan managing against agreed KPIs.

3.Preparation and development of media plans, data selections, data processing, print/production and creative briefs and necessary supplier/internal briefings. Planning and scheduling of multiple campaigns, working with all stakeholders to achieve key delivery dates.

4.Creation of annual, quarterly and monthly campaign spend and sales forecasts. Management of the direct to consumer marketing budget.

5.Manage internal stakeholders and commercial arrangements with external suppliers to drive value for all digital marketing activity.

6.Manage and assimilate analysis of campaign activity, research, forecasts and other inputs. Adjust plans where necessary in the light of any competitive opportunities or analysis findings.

7.Ensure that all marketing activity is developed in line with L&G brand and customer experience guidelines.

8. Build and nurture collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across LGIR providing marketing expertise when required, in particular:

a) product management to ensure current and future product development opportunities are considered as feeding into market research requirements for the direct to consumer channel.
b) The group web team and LGIR colleagues to optimise path to purchase and conversion.
c) The Insight and customer value teams to aid targeting and conversion
d) The Commercial and compliance teams for approvals of propositions and communications.

9.Ensure that the principles of Conduct Risk are Embedded into your day to day operations to deliver good customer outcomes at all times. Ensure that all business processes and internal controls within your role are designed and performed in a way that delivers good customer outcomes and demonstrates effective management of Conduct Risk.
