We are looking for a Campaign Manager to lead and drive the business in Campaign planning, Management and Post support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

- Support and help drive complex, clients integrated cross channel campaign programs
- Schedule and maintain all online campaign work, managing these from start to finish
- Acts as point-of-contact for campaign activity to client and external agencies
- Co-ordination of internal briefing process in order to ensure client requirements are accurately documented
- Campaign optimisation based on KPI's set to ensure full delivery & ROI
- Ensuring focus on high efficiency and marketing effectiveness coupled with minimising operational risk through
- QA through ownership of checking and reviewing of campaign extracts prior to client sign off

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WILL HAVE:

- Experience working in a Marketing environment
- Past working experience working in a digital campaign management capacity
- Experience working in website management team, Understanding for SEO, UX, UI, development/test best practices and methods desirable
- A track record of gaining an understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service
- A flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way
- Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
- Contributed productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals
- Planned projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities, using a variety of analysis and problem solving techniques
- Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery
