Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our Global IT client to recruit a Campaign Manager. This is a contract role based in London.

Role Overview

The Integrated Campaign Manager will be responsible for managing campaigns on behalf of internal clients. They will need to be focused on delivering innovative ideas, developing campaign creative and co-ordinating the execution of integrated communication campaigns to support the Audience Marketing and Product Marketing teams in growing the user base and so directly (paid products) or indirectly (advertising) monetizing.

The work involved will include creative brief writing, managing creative reviews, campaign reporting & optimisation and competitor analysis. The Campaign Manager will be evaluated on quality of campaign planning and strategy, timely campaign delivery, campaign conversion/effectiveness, brand awareness and internal client satisfaction.

The role sits centrally and is highly cross-functional. The Campaign Manager will be required to work in close conjunction with other teams in the organisation including research, customer support, finance, product development, marketing, business units/regions and supporting agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Campaign Briefingalignment with all internal stakeholders, agencies partners required to execute on those plans.
o Capture campaign objectives and requirements and create a compelling and thoughtful brief for the internal design teams and external agencies.
o Working with the Product Marketing team and Communications Planner to evolve and align the product propositions for the core Revenue and Engagement strategy.
o Leverage knowledge and expertise from channel experts (social/PR/CRM/broadcast + entertainment/editorial etc) to ensure that campaigns are created with maximum effect.
o Project management and lead campaign delivery. Briefing the design team, managing reviews product channel teams to ensure that all campaigns are managed and delivered on time. Develop and manage campaign plans across all key channels with internal stakeholders and agencies. Collaborate with channel owners and ensure coordinated overall campaign approach and delivery.
o Work with the Analytics team to construct campaign targets, traffic, conversion and customer behaviour metrics and ensure on-going optimization.
* Build and manage marketing budget and ensure and ensure campaign spend in accordance with procurement policies.
* Create, execute & amplify marketing campaigns in wider ecosystem, closely aligning across internal team and wider Field Team to support 1st party offers, partners or other 3rd part ecosystems.
* Reporting for executed campaigns such that they have measured results and incorporate best practices into future offerings to ensure a continual process of improvement.
* Integrate research & insights into marketing campaigns.

As a candidate for this position you will be able to demonstrate:

* Demonstrated post-college work experience in Consumer Marketing: including campaign management, brand marketing, product marketing, marketing communications and marketing strategy.
* Extensive and demonstrable experience in digital, mobile and social media marketing.
* Budget and resource management.
* Global experience cultural awareness from working with marketing teams in different geographies.
* Confident, passionate and enthusiastic attitude.
* Able to manage partner agencies and internal departments and stakeholders.
* Global agency management.
* Track record of managing the delivery and reporting of high performing integrated marketing campaigns across single and multiple channels.
* A BSc/BA degree strongly preferred with relevant consumer marketing industry

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant. In addition, subject to qualification criteria, you will have the potential opportunity to earn bonus.

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum
