Role Purpose:

Marketing communications expert required to identify and deliver the optimal marketing support to achieve the client's commercial and marketing objectives, including new marketing ideas.

Essential and Desirable experience:

Multi project management experience required

Acquisition and retention Experience

Consumer experience

Pension and AVC experience

Ability to write strong copy

Accountabilities:

* As part of the a team the Campaign Manager will be required to contribute to the creation and delivery of the annual Marketing Plan and the development of marketing propositions

* Prepare and then implement specific marketing activity plans for approval

* Create and deliver marketing communications, activities and campaigns for all target audiences (sales teams, distributors, employers, trustees, customers and industry influencers)

* Coordinate marketing activities with other parts of the business to ensure an integrated approach is achieved across all media and channels

* Ensure all activity is well targeted, integrated with other activities, compliant with brand & regulatory guidelines, aligned to sales targets and business priorities, and delivered to the highest standards

* Engage all relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure the marketing plans and activities you are delivering meet their needs and are fully supported by them

* Where required, brief marketing requirements to internal and external suppliers - ensure these are produced on time and meet your brief

* Ensure all stakeholders are regularly appraised of progress and that issues are escalated and resolved

* Quality-check all communications activity against brand tone of voice and identity guidelines.

* Coordinate the development and delivery of marketing activities with areas outside of Marketing to ensure messages are aligned across audiences

* Ensure all marketing activity processes are used in the creation of all materials/activity
