My client, a FTSE100 company are looking for a Campaign Manager to fill the following requirement: -

Job Summary/Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the Lead Campaign Manager in the delivery of targeted marketing, specifically planning and campaign execution. Working in a team of campaign managers, the job holder will be responsible for ensuring that their plans and campaigns are delivered in time, according to the Customer Contact Plan and in the correct format necessary to achieve the specific campaign objectives. All direct channels such as DM, Email, Fields Sales, and telemarketing are covered.

Needs to have strong campaign management skills and relevant marketing or data qualification, which will support their development into the role. Jobholder must demonstrate a solid understanding of data, databases and processes to enable optimal campaign delivery, planning and effectiveness.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Responsible for planning, building, executing and timely delivery of the relevant campaigns to the channel and/or data bureau. ' Ability to scope audience opportunity and identify the data needed to produce the campaign contact list from the customer database.
- Responsible for post selection processes ensuring that list outputs are fit for purpose, incorporate necessary off-line suppressions and include the appropriate data items for personalisation based on the selected channels requirements.
- To build appropriate tests or controls to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns or the campaign selection process.
- To assist in the campaign tracking and evaluation reports for the measurement of campaign performance.
- To identify and test new targeting approaches or selections to exploit customer opportunities or to improve the customer experience
- To provide guidance and support on the availability and integrity of data that can be used in a campaign.
- To ensure that all selected audiences are compliant with core hygiene requirements and consistent with the agreed data policy within the Group.
- Responsible for maintaining the campaign tracking process and development reports/dashboards for issues and improvements in campaign processes and targeting.
- Responsible for the delivery of Customer Campaign Files (Data) to Channels and Data Bureaus, as well as campaign data flow for Field Sales issuing system

Person Specification

- Data literate with a strong understanding of databases.
- Knowledgeable in the usage of databases, spreadsheets, campaign managements and analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of marketing including a work in a database marketing environment
- Excellent time management skills in delivery of multiple campaign requirements to agreed deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail to help ensure error free selections
- Understanding of the data role within the marketing and business environment.
- Self-motivated with a keenness to learn

Competencies must include

- Strong campaign delivery capability with a good understanding of business delivery requirements.
- Strong understanding of Campaign targeting toolkit, which includes data interrogation and manipulation skills, campaign management and analysis tools, predictive & descriptive modelling.
- Good understanding in campaign evaluation and adhoc investigative analysis to enable the delivery of campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
