Brook Street are currently working on behalf of our Global IT client to recruit a Campaign Lead. This is a 6 month contract role based in London.

EMEA Publishing are looking for an enthusiastic and driven marketer with experience in CRM to join our busy team and support a range of customer engagement and retention programmes for free-to-play games across email and paid media.

EMEA Publishing is a new group tasked with creating platform defining experiences through highly collaborative partnerships with external developers. While our focus is on European opportunities, our impact is global with a special emphasis on exploring new business models based on the fundamentals of games as a service. By partnering with the most innovative EMEA developers and delivering the best and most surprising game experiences, we play a key role in transforming the way consumers engage with our platforms and gaming content.

Key responsibilities
* Manage the CRM promotional and events calendar for key live titles.
* Propose and create email/paid media campaigns with the aim of deepening and lengthening customer relationships.
* Manage the relationship with paid media agencies to ensure that customer engagement and retention targets are met.
* Execute and further develop existing CRM Programmes by analysing performance and trends as well as looking at the competition's best practices.
* Liaise with the Community team to use CRM to drive engagement and participation rates across community and social presences.
* Working closely with other areas of the business such as product marketing, customer services and analytics, you will manage all aspects of campaign scheduling, data pipelines and processes as well as creation of data and behavioural driven segments.
* Manage and keep a bird's eye view on creative and production processes, ensuring smooth operation of campaign delivery and quality assurance processes.
* Liaise with localisation partners to ensure that all CRM collateral is culturally relevant and localised as required.
* Coordinate with our partners for day to day tasks and execute daily, weekly and monthly campaigns (both ad hoc and behaviourally triggered) that target customers according to life cycle stage to drive monetisation, retention, play frequency, spend and cross-sell rates.
* Perform QA on each campaign to ensure that all copy, links and assets are correct.
* Track performance of CRM activity, looking at revenue, retention, open rates and click through of campaigns to ensure ongoing improvements and build weekly report summaries.

Key competencies/experience
* Previous experience in CRM gained within an commercial digital environment that requires customer communications to support the customer throughout their life cycle (ideally within the entertainment space)
* Passion for customer communications and ability to use customer insight to deliver relevant and compelling marketing programmes.
* Bursting with ideas on how CRM can be used to drive performance within free-to-play games.
* Good attention to detail, and a keen creative eye.
* HTML skills and experience building templates.
* Knowledge of ExactTarget or other similar ESPs
* Ability to manage multi-language campaigns running across different markets.
* Ability to work well within diverse, cross-disciplinary teams.
* Strong communicator and hands-on approach.
* Interest in games.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant. In addition, subject to qualification criteria, you will have the potential opportunity to earn bonus.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
