This is an ideal opportunity for a Graduate or someone with a Marketing/Campaign Analysis skills to be involved in the following:-

*Design, plan and execute marketing campaigns delivering against sales targets. Comment on the success of these campaigns and present recommendations for future activity.
*Design and produce analyses which provide actionable conclusions for business leaders. Present back in a clear and persuasive manner.

Accountabilities:

*Design and develop analyses in partnership with the primary decision makers across the business. Shape hypothesis and tests into analysis programmes that ultimately end with actionable insights. Ensure all assumptions underlying any outputs are clear, reasonable, defendable and agreed beforehand.
*Design and develop campaigns in partnership with campaign planners across the business. Shape the campaign to be executed, tested and delivered in order to hit required sales targets and conclude on hypotheses and tests with insights that are actionable.
*Work with business leaders to add value to each analysis project and activity. Enhance and build upon their ideas using experience to create a stronger outcome
*Ensure insight is summarised and subsequently presented in the most impactful and memorable manner possible. Be a consistent stand for these insights and drive for the business to act upon them
*Deploy specialist Campaign Management and data manipulation tools to script and execute repeatable campaigns within agreed timescales to the highest quality, adhering to defined campaign processes and testing criteria to ensure successful execution.

Essential Skills:

*Data Manipulation skills matching and merging large data files
*Responsibility and Attention to Detail - Take responsibility for delivery of precise and accurate reports/files to tight timescales and work to resolve problems when they occur
*Direct Marketing experience, campaign delivery, targeting techniques & post campaign analysis
*Statistical skills and knowledge in order to deliver clear findings through a range of analytical techniques
*Ability to summarise and effectively present complex insight to a senior audience in a commercial manner
*Decision Making and Judgement
*Campaign Management (Chordiant) and data manipulation tools (SPSS Clementine)
*Knowledge of significant regulatory processes, including Data Protection
*University Level Education Preferably graduate with 2.1 BA Honours Degree.
*Commercial experience of SAS (Statistical Analysis System) in the financial sector.
