Calypso FXMM Technical Analyst

CALYPSO FXMM TECHNICAL ANALYST

My client is seeking a Calypso Technical Analyst with strong FXMM knowledge to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Development of the Calypso system (Java development)
- Configuration of the Calypso system
- Close collaboration with Business Analysts to implement customizations
- Document both configuration and customizations
- Execute unit testing and support Functional/User Acceptance Testing
- Set-up unit tests with JUnit.
- Set-up regression tests with Concordion.

SKILLS:

- Knowledge of FX and MM products (trades + trade events).
- Proven experience of experience with customisation of Calypso (Java development)
- Back Office knowledge of Calypso.
- Experience with configuration/customization of the following Calypso functionality: Interfaces, Accounting rules/events, Message Set-up, Workflows, Task station
- Thorough API knowledge
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL and JDBC.
- Hands-on knowledge of Linux
- Hand-on experience with a source control system such as Git or Subversion.
- Understanding of XML/XML Schema
- Must be flexible with working location
- Fluent in English, both written as verbally
