Calypso Developer - Australia

Calypso Developer Java Hibernate FX. My client in Australia is looking for a senior Calypso Developer to join their already established Application development team.

The successful candidate will have the following skill set;
Prior experience working with financial systems in Investment/Institutional Banks, in particular within FX, FX Option and Commodities areas, is preferred.
Previous experience with Calypso or Murex preferred.
Experienced in developing large software solutions, in particular within and Object Oriented environment using Java.
Spring and Hibernate
Agile Software development principles and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills to deal with business, internal resources and vendor's representatives.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and in conjunction with Business aligned Business Analyst teams.
Solid academic background with the ability to understand quantitative issues and to propose solutions.
Strong business acumen for FM products and business processes, as well as technology.
Unix Scripting preferred
