An exciting opportunity has arisen for call loggers/Service Desk agent/Customer Service agents based at their prestigious offices in Witham Essex.

As a Call Logger/Customer Service/Service Desk Agent you will be required to be the first point of contact for an extremely busy Service Desk.
Applicants must have strong customer service/telephone call handling skills.
The focus of the role is to answer telephone calls and record incidents with attention to detail, in a timely manner - not to resolve the incident at point of contact.
To be familiar with MS Operating system (XP) and MS Application (ie MS Outlook)
The applicant must be available between the hours of 08:00 and 17:30 (M-F) and possibility of extended hours in the near future.
Previous 1st line Service Desk experience and Customer Service qualifications desirable.

Applicants will need to be put through CRB clearance

Your customer skills will be second to none as this is an extremely customer focused role.

Applicants must live within a 45 minute commute to the centre of Witham.
