A Call Logger/Administrator is required for a 3 month contract (possibility of extending) based in West Yorkshire.

Working for a well-established NHS organisation, you will be working within a call centre environment, answering phones to patients and booking appointments.

You will also be responsible for helping out with general administration duties, including helping with the post, distributing reports, printing/photocopying duties. For this position you need to be IT literate (however training on systems will be provided) with a good telephone manner. This role is ideal for someone from a customer services/call centre background. Pay rates are between £7 - £8.50 + Holiday Pay PAYE or £8 - £10.40 Ltd/umbrella per hour depending on experience.
