Call Handler C £18,500 6 months contract

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded company who are looking for an experienced call handler with strong customer service experience to join their team. You will be providing assistance to customers over the phone so a clear confident phone manner and experience of dealing with a high volume of telephone queries is essential. You will be accessing the customer details and updating computerised records as you go to ensure that an efficient service is provided at all times. This is a company where you are definitely not just a number! Based in a town centre location they are within easy reach of the station. You will be working shift hours and will need to be able to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays which could include Christmas etc but you will have your shift pattern in advance so you can plan ahead
