Call Coordinator

A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for a Call Advisor to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Milton Keynes. This will be full time working 09.30 - 18.00.

You will be providing a variety of users with telephone helpdesk support dealing with a range of tasks for example resetting passwords using Active Directory or troubleshooting Microsoft software issues including Outlook.

With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will have great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role.
