Call Control Team Leader - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

Established £400M+ turnover  Company with modern offices based in Peterborough require a suitably experienced Call Control Team Leader to manage the call control team with Field services.

THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR MATERNITY COVER

SALARY - £22,000 + GOOD BENEFITS

CALL CONTROL TEAM LEADER - FIELD SERVICES

You will be a team focused individual  with a passion for managing and leading  teams. 

Role includes but not limited to:

- Handling escalations and customer complaints
- Regular one to ones, coaching, training and appraisals to develop team members
- Monitoring and managing team productivity to ensure achievement of SLA's & KPI's
- Ensuring processes, procedures and contractual agreements are followed by the team
- Manage organisational change within the team through regular communication and team meetings.
- Develop professional internal relationships across departments to promote and ensure Kelway provide quality service at all times
- Regular quality assessment of call assigning and call progression
- Innovative thinking in terms of improvements
- Must be organised, proactive and problem solving skills are essential
