Projektbeschreibung
This is a 2-3 month contract position with the option to go permanent after the initial duration.
The training course itself will run over a 2week period, several of these will be completed in the 3month period. Week 1 will consist of skills and knowledge training and week 2 will be more technical, computer based and practical training.
You will deliver an induction for 2 weeks to a group of 10-12 people for a large expansion of the company. Materials are available to work from, however they are not completely up to scratch. The ideal person will be confident, autonomous and be able to stand alone; providing their own material from their customer service background in order to make the training course a success.
