Call Centre Workforce Scheduler required for a large financial client.

Working within the Command Centre utilising Work Force Management software and Excel models and you will be responsible for scheduling across numerous business areas. As well as manage the business-as-usual scheduling you will also be responsible for managing WFM configuration, resource modelling, managing the impact of business change/initiatives, continuous improvement and resource optimisation.

*A working knowledge of scheduling and workforce management principles
*Experience of producing retrospective performance/trend analysis
*High quality provider-customer relationship management
*Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
*A working knowledge of the principles behind shrinkage management
*A logical and analytical approach to problem solving

This role can be based in either Bradford or Sheffield City centre.
