Call Centre Project Manager - Nottingham - PRINCE2

The Project Manager will manage the project across the full delivery life cycle to set-up new services. The post-holder will have responsibility for managing the process of developing a new service and capability within the organisation, and will working extensively with external stakeholders, including the Commissioning Board, academic institutions and senior managers from a range of other bodies, to ensure the successful delivery of commissioner requirements and business objectives.

- Experience of successful project management, coupled with a proven ability to balance and resolve successfully conflicting high priority demands
- Knowledge and management experience of call centre operations in a public-facing service delivery environment
- Experience of planning and organisation of complex multi-disciplinary programmes and projects across multiple geographies, ensuring delivery through challenges
- Evidence of track record of delivering projects to time and budget in a service development environment, with evidence of successful business implementation into live service
- In-depth experience of managing staff in a project environment without formal line management responsibility
- Evidence of experience of producing and presenting formal reports in clear, concise plain English
- Evidence of in-depth experience working across professional and interagency boundaries
- Experience of developing business cases, implementation plans and ongoing support
