CALL CENTRE OPERATOR - 1ST LINE SUPPORT (REMOTE SERVICE DESK SUPPORT)
3 months contract initially
Location - Madrid
Fluent in English and French - Essential
You will join an existing Service Desk team responsible for providing first level remote support to Back Office users. The service desk is in charge for all first level support, providing assistance information and advice and guidance to IT user related issues.
You will be expected to demonstrate understanding in the above which includes also procedure improvements and Quality Assurance of service desk daily production.
ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS
Active Directory/Infrastructure basic knowledge
Experience of production support
Windows Platform Support including - Windows XP/7
Outlook
Access
MS Office
Call logging systems experience
Good English spoken and written skills
Please note you will be required to work shift patterns - 8 hours per day/timings of shifts will vary to cover support for the service desk calls.
